• Prices for each service are listed on our Services page and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments without prior communication, may not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised and time-reserved nature of our sessions, fees are generally non-refundable once a session has been conducted. If a session could not be completed due to a fault on our part (e.g. technical issues on our end, non-availability), we will offer a free rescheduled session or a full refund at our discretion.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (such as birth date, time, and place) required for astrology or numerology readings.
• Approach sessions with an open mind and a willingness to engage respectfully.
• Refrain from abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour toward Radhvika or any representative of the practice.
• Use any guidance received at your own discretion and take full responsibility for decisions made based on that guidance.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Tarot, astrology, numerology, Reiki, dream interpretation, and spiritual counselling are interpretive and intuitive practices. While we strive to provide meaningful, honest, and compassionate guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, or results from any session.
